RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The Marano Method LLC [hereafter referred to as “Bucks County Joyrides”].

I, the undersigned, hereby voluntarily participate in the driving tour organized and led by Bucks County Joyrides. I understand that this driving tour involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of accidents, injuries, or property damage caused by the vehicles or the road conditions.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the driving tour, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Bucks County Joyrides, their agents, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, actions, or causes of action that I or my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have against them arising out of my participation in the driving tour.

I acknowledge and understand that this release and waiver of liability applies to any and all claims for damages caused by the negligence, breach of duty, or other wrongful conduct of Bucks County Joyrides or their agents, employees, and assigns, and that this release and waiver of liability is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

I further acknowledge and agree that I must provide proof of vehicle insurance before participating in the driving tour. I understand that it is my responsibility to maintain adequate insurance coverage for my vehicle and that Bucks County Joyrides is not responsible for any damages or injuries that may arise out of my failure to maintain adequate insurance coverage.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this release and waiver of liability, fully understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
